Coaching.
You set the goal. I will support you to reach your goal. Through personal coaching I will guide you in your reflections and in developing solutions that work for you. Concrete results and helpful to-dos after every session take you in a very pragmatic way step-by-step towards your goal. Your effort and determination will set the timeline.
Training the Mind.
When our body is not in perfect shape, we know what to do: go to the gym, exercise, keep at it … and things will eventually get better.
But when our MIND is starting to feel tired, we tend to say: “Oh, that’s just how life is.”
I strongly believe that this is WRONG.
It’s absolutely feasible to take our mind to the gym, too. And in that mental gym, I am something like your personal trainer.

Facilitation.
You are planning workshops, retreats, seminars in an international and culturally diverse setting? Team building, developing new concepts, strategizing or planning … I can support you with the development of a concept, and facilitating the event. We can include some excercises from the mental fitness tool box to enhance your workshop. Create effective results and a lasting memory for your team.
