Work life can feel tiring and exhausting - even if we love what we are doing.

My purpose is to help you make your work experience more calm and enjoyable again.

Everybody deserves to

  • have an interesting job without chronic stress

  • pursue their goals and have a sustainable life-work balance

  • be effective in the job and have enough energy left for meaningful connection with family & friends as well as hobbies

My own quest for more inner calm and wellbeing in an exciting and demanding work environment led me to look for ways to achieve a healthy balance. I got really intrigued about our brain, mind and body and its linkages. Neuroscience gives us effective approaches to manage our energy, emotions and own patterns / unconscious automatisms. To me it made all the difference to know more about how we mentally function as humans, what my patterns are and how I can get to a healthy balance.
